平素よりタチヒビーチカップならびにビーチサッカー競技へ格別のご高配を賜り、厚く御礼申し上げます。

　さて、標記の件につきまして、以下のとおりIMANE Beach Soccer Club（タイ王国、以下「当該クラブ」）が本大会への出場を辞退いたしましたことをご報告申し上げます。

1. 参加決定までの経緯

　当該クラブとは 本年3月から慎重かつ丁寧に連絡を取り合い、参加条件や渡航手続き等について継続的に協議を重ねてまいりました。こうした協議を経て、4月上旬 に正式な参加意思表明を受領し、実行委員会として参加確定の前提で準備を進めておりました。

2. 一方的な参加辞退の通知

　しかしながら、開幕わずか3日前にあたる2025年5月21日、当該クラブより「諸般の事情により来日不可」との一方的な連絡があり、本大会への参加辞退を表明する旨の通知を受け取りました。

3. 当委員会および東京ヴェルディBSによる支援体制

　当委員会ならびに東京ヴェルディBSは、当該クラブの円滑な来日・滞在を実現すべく、宿泊施設手配をはじめとする各種受入業務に相当な労力と時間を投入してまいりました。突然の辞退によって、これら手配の多くが無駄となり、関係各位に多大な影響を及ぼす結果となったことは、誠に遺憾であります。

4. 大会開催および今後の対応

グループA・グループBの組み合わせにつきましては、以下の通りに一部変更させていただきます。

グループA：東京ヴェルディBS・浜松クラブアレイア・ラソアペーゴ北九州

グループB：バモスアラカーサ千葉・東京ヴェルディBS Bチーム・ソーマプライア沖縄

IMANE Beach Soccer Club Withdraws from Tachihi Beach Cup 2025; Group Line-ups Revised

TOKYO, Japan — 22 May 2025 — The Tachihi Beach Cup 2025 Organising Committee (the “Committee”) announces that Thailand’s IMANE Beach Soccer Club has withdrawn from the forthcoming tournament. Relevant details are set out below.

1. Background to Participation
   Beginning in March 2025, the Committee engaged in careful and continuous discussions with the Club regarding participation requirements and travel arrangements. Following these talks, the Club submitted a formal confirmation of entry in early April 2025, and all preparations progressed on that basis.
   
   
2. Unilateral Notice of Withdrawal
   On 21 May 2025—just three days before kick-off—the Committee received unilateral notification from the Club stating that it would be “unable to travel to Japan due to unavoidable circumstances,” thereby withdrawing from the event.
   
   
3. Support Extended by the Committee and Tokyo Verdy BS
   The Committee, together with Tokyo Verdy BS, had already devoted significant effort and resources to securing hotel reservations and other logistical support for the Club’s stay in Japan. It is deeply regrettable that these arrangements have been nullified, causing considerable inconvenience to all parties concerned.
   
   
4. Updated Group Allocation and Next Steps
   While the overall tournament schedule (match days and kick-off times) remains unchanged, the group composition has been amended as follows. Please refer to the attached document for the revised fixture list.
